yes but it’s one thing if a man tell you that you look good (which i do) but whenever they stare at me wearing a short dress i have a right to feel uncomfortable and i don’t like being seen as an object that needs to be stared at
of course you have the right. but this will never stop, and women are so much not better. women stare at men the same way. if not even worse. women sexualise men also.
evolution made men and women sexual animals. so men will always stare also will women. and as long as people only look nothing is wrong with that. touching or even more is bad and forbidden, but staring will never stop.
yes but evolution didn’t make men see women as property or as ppl who belong in the kitchen or just inferior in general. i feel like an object when an old man on a bus stares down my shirt. i shouldn’t ever feel less than a person ever.
the media oversexualizes women in a way that makes me sick. do you want to know why? because of how they cater to men and their ‘needs’. the one time kraft makes a commercial that oversexualizes men for a change, there’s an incredibly intense outcry of angry people.
feminists do not hate men. feminists just notice how bad things are in this “equal” society. there are bad feminists, don’t get me wrong (ie feminists who don’t consider trans* women as women, etc) but you’re generalizing us. you have to realize that men are feminists too, and all we want is to be treated like everyone else without any prejudice.
you are wrong. over sexualising men is not the right answer. if you are against sexualising than this shouldn´t be doing to men also
.equality means the same right for everybody!

i am not saying that oversexualizing men isn’t the answer, i never implied that. it’s just the overwhelming double standards that are considered normal in society and they’re and they’re rEALLY FUCKED UP.
